The trial continues with the plaintiffs, Cambie Corp. et al, continuing to call their witnesses to the stand for examination. BC and/or Canada will follow with a cross-examination of each witness. We will keep you posted which witnesses our lawyers will be cross-examining (none this week). There will be NO trial proceedings next week, the week of January 30th.
The trial takes place at the BC Supreme Court, 800 Smithe St. Vancouver. The courtroom schedule, is generally 10-12:30 & 2-4:30, but this can change on any given day, depending on the needs of the different parties and witnesses.
